Harness the Wind, 2015 - Eco art works is situated in the newly refurbished shopping mall in Japan, owned by AEON group, the Japanese large-scale retailer This installation combines elements of wind and the sky. The work shows movement and how natural and changeable the sky can be because of the wind. The birds and clouds show the freedom and a way that wind can be harnessed. The colours depict the changeable weather, brighter, darker and lighter from one minute to the next.

The moving pieces are produced from 12,000 pieces of recycled paper and reclaimed wood. The concept highlights the need to think about reusing materials before we start a project. Fantastic surface patterns and shapes can be created with a little extra thought and imagination.
